Gluten Free Banana Bread Mix
2. Grease tin or spray with vegetable oil.
3. Place melted margarine, water and eggs into a mixing bowl, then add banana bread mix.
4. Fold by hand until batter is uniform.
5. Scrape down sides of bowl.
6. Pour batter into greased tin and bake for approx. 45 - 50 minutes**.
7. Remove bread from the oven and leave it to cool onto a rack before slicing.
